Booth Space:

  • Assigned booth space for Hiring Event on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • 8x8 booth space to include table, chairs and signage

Meeting Room:

  • ​​​​Meeting Room reserved at the Marriott Copley (Please note that meeting rooms are not available outside of the AMA registration system.)  You must select this option and post your position before requesting a meeting room.
  • The meeting rooms can be selected for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday or any consecutive combination of the days.
  • To reserve a meeting room, you must select this option, post your position and then contact Bernelda Clark at the AMA at 312.542.9061 or bclark@ama.org​.
  • Meeting Rooms are available on a first come/first serve basis.  There is limited availability.

Hotel Suite:

  • Confirmed Suite at the Marriott Copley (Please note that hotel suites are not available outside of the AMA registration system.)  You must select this option and post your position before requesting a suite.
  • All suites include a separate sleeping area and/or room.  Diagrams of suite options will be available through the AMA.
  • To reserve a suite, you must select this option, post your position and then contact Bernelda Clark at the AMA at 312.542.9061 or bclark@ama.org.
  • Suites are available on a first come/first serve basis.  There is limited availability.  


Employer FAQ's​


How do I participate in the Hiring Event?  Once your position is listed your school will be automatically registered for the hiring event.

 

What can I expect at the Hiring Event?  The hiring event hours and operating policies are found here. Once you arrive at the Hiring Event you will receive a badge which will give you access to the computer terminals and interview area.  You may have as many faculty as you like participate. 

 

How do I book my Booth Space?  After selecting the "booth option," contact Bernelda Clark at the AMA at 312.542.9061 or bclark@ama.org.

 

How do I book a Hotel Suite?  After selecting the "suite option," contact Bernelda Clark at the AMA at 312.542.9061 or bclark@ama.org.  Reservations for hotel suites will be made by Bernelda Clark and a confirmation will be emailed directly to you.​

 

How do I schedule interviews?  Interview scheduling is done on your own. You may contact the applicants directly and set up time/location. If you are interviewing in a booth or hotel suite, AMA will release those locations through a link.  (The hotel suites are assigned and released by the Marriott Copley at their discretion.  When the information is available, we will share it via link.)  There will be a printed copy of the booth and suite locations in the Academic Placement Hiring Event Area.

 

How do I receive access to the Employer Lounge?  Upon check-in you will receive badges/passes for your school which will allow you access to the Employer Lounge.  Continental breakfast, refreshments and snacks will be provided Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the program.
