2016 Who Went Where Report
Key Takeaways

This year just over 70% of respondents reported being hired by public universities and 55% say they were heading to Research Intensive and Research focused universities.

Each year, the AMA Doctoral SIG surveys those students who are in the job-seeking stage of their doctoral programs.

Based on their responses, a report is compiled describing the current job market. This year's report included 124 survey respondents with 92 providing placement information and 88 providing salary and publication details.
