Registrations and payments received at the Conference will be at the regular rate (not the Early Bird rate), with a cashier's check, or credit card payment, charged at the time of registration.

Faculty Advisor Registration- For those reported as Faculty Advisor and on file with AMA National as of December 1, 2015, the below rates apply:

Complimentary before or on February 11, then $100 after February 11, 2016 (and on-site). For those not on file with the AMA Support Center by December 1, 2015 a registration fee of $100 will automatically apply. Complimentary registration is not transferable to another Advisor attending in their stead. $100 registration fee will apply to replacement Advisors who are AMA members.

Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation must be received in writing to info@ama.org. After February 24, 2016, there will be a $55 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after March 16, 2016 Please include name and AMA Member ID#. Registrants wishing to substitute a previously paid registration may do so by sending a written request with both students' information to info@ama.org at least two weeks prior to the Event.

The AMA has negotiated special group rates for the Collegiate Conference. You must make your hotel reservations by February 12, 2016 and properly identify yourself to qualify for the special group rate (based on availability). After February 12, 2016, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate. 

A deposit charge equal to (1) one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation
. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon, check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. The deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out is 12:00pm. Anyone arriving earlier than 3:00pm will be checked in as soon as room(s) become available. Guests checking out early will be assessed an early departure fee of (1) one night's room and tax
. Upon check in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, scheduled departure dates may be altered.

Shipping to the Sheraton
Shipping/Storage Procedures: Your chapter is responsible for shipping and storing any supplies, equipment, etc., needed for your display. If you are shipping materials, you must ensure that they arrive on the day you check-in to the hotel. The hotel does not provide storage for your exhibit and the AMA Staff Office will not be available for your storage purposes. Any items you bring must be stored in your guestroom.

Directions: Take Interstate 10 Downtown/East/Slidell to the New Orleans Business District, exiting at Poydras St. Continue on Poydras St. to Camp St. Turn left on Camp St. Go 3 blocks & the hotel will be on the right side on the corner of Camp & Canal.

From East
Take Interstate 10 West to the Canal Street Exit #235B.
Turn right on Canal Street.
The hotel is about 10 blocks down on the right side (at the corner of Camp Street).

From North
From the Causeway exit, take Interstate 10 East to the New Orleans Business District.
Continue to the Poydras Street exit.
Follow Poydras Street for approximately 8 blocks.
Turn left on Camp Street.
Continue on Camp Street for approximately 3 blocks.
The hotel will be on the right.

From South
Take Highway 90 to the Westbank Expressway.
Proceed on the Westbank Expressway to the Crescent City Connection (approx10 miles).
From the right lane, exit at Camp Street (8 red lights).
Turn right on Canal Street.

Streetcar Transportation
The Hotel is also located right on the Streetcar line which provides easy transit along Canal Street, St. Charles Avenue, and the Riverfront. One-way cost: $1.25 (subject to change without notice). 

Paking at the Hotel
Valet parking service is available on a first come first serve basis (spaces are limited and oversized vehicles are not permitted). Vehicles are secured in a covered garage adjacent to the Hotel. The overnight parking rate for cars is $44.80 per night (subject to change without notice).
